Production Team

Working along side the KCM staff, our production team, executive producer, director and creative director went onsite and shot the complete video series in High Definition (HD) Digital Video. We then also went on location to California and other locations to film creative segments for this unique series. All Post Production and DVD Authoring is being completed in our California Road Studios facility. Vaugnstreet was also contracted to work with our partner PR firm, Fresh Impact to handle pre-sales, marketing and public relations. The tradeshow-style booth (pictured below) was designed and manufactured specifically for special conference events promoting the God's Master Plan for Your Life Book and Curriculum complete with a 46-inch flat screen Television which looped the video promotional materials for those who visited the booth.

Signposts, a Rowboat & Wishful Thinking: A girl’s guide for turning hopes into realities!

This unique, eye-grabbing printed piece was fully designed by our creative department for Just Joy Ministries. It features a top comb binding, much like a Road Trip Map as the reader takes a 25-Day journey toward Hope.

The idea behind this piece was to be informative, fun, hopeful, yet light-hearted for women of all ages. The cover design was composited and illustrated in house by our award-winning designers. The interior pages carry the same positive style throughout with whimsical, full-color icons that help tell the story throughout We also provided creative services for the concept, titling and sub-titling.

The Buffalo News, part of Warren Buffett's business empire has been producing the Bridal Planner print Magazine and resource for over 10 years.

We introduced and produced an interactive companion CD-ROM, which takes the user from the one dimensional print pages in the popular magazine/catalog to a whole new dimension, integrating the latest technologies in web and marketing strategies for newly engaged couples.

Vendors from all over the area sign on to be a part of this interactive tool, to bring significant amounts of traffic to their websites and their store locations as well.

Our Creative Team:

  • Scheduled the timeline
  • Organized and Project Managed the 100's of components
  • Designed the interface and all subsequent vendor pages
  • Scripted the CD-ROM for both Mac & PC compatibility
  • Designed and commercially printed the CD sleeves
  • Manufactured the discs.
  • Finally, we provide ongoing warehousing, mailing and fulfillment services.

On the CD-ROM itself, we created an Introduction video, which explains how to use this tool to it's full potential. The CD-ROM won a Prestigious Telly Award for Interactive CD-ROM.

4 DVD Collection

The American Bible Society turned to us to re-package, design, edit and author the complete DVD collection of this Leading Children's Bible Stories television program. Our Designers and Special Effects artists worked from the existing Kingsley's Meadow brand and seamlessly added this product to their catalog by recognizing and continuing the high production value of the show.

The Eastco Video/DVD Authoring Team used existing show components to create a DVD Intro and bring characters and elements to life on the custom DVD menus, creating a fun and attention grabbing experience for both children and parents alike.

The 4 DVDs also feature bonus features such as Bible Songs that parents or children could enjoy either through song choice or all, one after another with no interruptions. The DVD authoring won the Crystal Award of Excellence Communicator Award in the Category of Children's DVD.

Our team designed this website and launched it in March of 2006. Kingdom Bound Ministries asked us for a complete revamp and re-design of their existing site, as well as the critical task of designing both their new Ministry Logo and Festival logo.

This website features over 50 pages of information about the ministry, it's festivals, concerts and online ticket sales.

In addition to the extensive website, we assisted in re-branding the identity of this leading ministry.

John Bevere's Epic Audio Drama, "Affabel, Window of Eternity". This Hollywood produced 4 CD set was recorded with a Cast featuring John Rhys-Davies best known for his work in The Lord of the Rings and Indiana Jones.

Our challenge was to brand this product by creating a majestic world based on John Bevere's descriptions in his unique Allegory.

We created the:

A Delivery System That Amplifies Worship

I received an email recently and quickly developed the newest twitch in my left eye: It read, “NRB, 600 words, deadline 8/5.” Those are words that people like me love to hate, yet can't resist. I run three small companies, and I'm writing two voluminous workbooks and a devotional for a best selling author. It too has a deadline.

Yet I immediately knew what I wanted to offer to help you contribute to the success of your ministry. Notice that I didn't say media ministry, but ministry itself. I've grown to see media and ministry so intertwined that I often think of them as one. From years of experience, it also appears that the ministries most successful in communicating their message to a wide audience also see them as one.

I assume you fall within the demographic that believes media is an integral part of your calling. So, I'm going to mention things that not only help you succeed with the production of your newest DVD, CD, book, newsletter, radio or TV show, but also with the core of your ministry itself. Here are some of the basics that successful people have in common:

First, the secret lies with the client. These people know who they are and where God wants them to go. I know that's obvious, but you would be amazed at how many people, who, after being asked a few pointed questions, realize they've been doing ministry or business for years but don't really know who they are or even what they are really doing. People often call me and say something like: “Holt, I am tired of having mediocre success. I want to focus on what God really wants me doing but I am not sure what that is. Can you help me identify it and help me be that person?” Bingo, that person's got it! The work is just begun, but the path is now clear.

Successful people know their own message well. Then, like good politicians, they stay on that message no matter what.

Successful people are also passionate and downright ferocious about getting their message to as many people as possible by all Biblical means possible. They realize that they are message driven and they communicate their message via top-flight, high quality products and new channels of distribution.

Next, most are connected. They don't go it alone, but form advisory boards, use consultants, etc., to help with production, marketing, and management.

Finally, the most successful hold that success loosely, realizing that God gives and God takes away. The fame or fortune that may come with mass communication must be handled with care. Think Ananias and Sapphira, or Nadab and Abihu.
