    Q: Is Vaughnstreet a consulting company?

A: No. Vaughnstreet should be considered a “Strategic Partner”. That may sound like just marketing hype to you, but there is a very real difference. Most consultants are contracted to provide advice to your organization in areas where they have some specialized expertise. Of course we provide valuable advice to our clients, but as “Strategic Partners”, we also have the ability deliver the goods along with the advice.   Q: Why pay someone else to do what I can do myself?

A: Statistically speaking very few can get where they need to go by doing it all themselves. In fact knowing when to outsource -- when to call in expert or additional help -- can be the very key to your growth. In an article I wrote for the National Religious Broadcasters magazine I noted that most high-flyers -- really successful people-- use consultants. But like so many things, Vaughn Street views this in a unique way, offering ourselves as “Strategic Partners” to work closely along with you to help your growth become reality. I said in that article that the secret to success doesn’t lie with us alone it actually lies with the client as well. A great client working with a great strategic partner is explosive!!
 
         
  Q: How does this Strategic Partnership work?

A: First, the Strategic part. We meet with you in a few initial conferences to drill down into your vision to firm up the strategy and our relationship. How strategic is our connection? How well do your key decision makers embrace its value? Are we the right fit for you? Will our partnership produce growth and success in the areas you feel you need?

Now onto Partnership. That is exactly what it is. It MUST be, or it won’t work properly. We’ll talk about our process a lot. The Vaughnstreet “formula” for success is pretty basic at one level, terribly intimidating at others. We absolutely MUST have a great relationship with our clients and their staff and we absolutely MUST all be committed to the vision and the goals. This can take on many different faces, but ultimately if you view us as “just advice” or “just another vendor” the value decreases. We certainly do not dictate what must be done, but we share our experience at creating success. We only take command at agreed upon levels. We team up with you, and look to YOU and your people as we join together working toward a common goal. Part of the secret is creating momentum with our collective resources. After all, that’s what partnership is all about.
 
         
    Q: So what’s the secret to your success?

A: I won’t go into the details of the Vaughnstreet process here, but if there is a secret to the “formula”, I would say it is simply possessing the will to follow through. So many people SAY they want to generate growth and success, but few have the calling, the sense of purpose or the sheer will to see it through. Execution is the key to success.
   
             
    Q: What process do you follow? Do you have a proven “formula”?

A: We have a process. We review it in the initial meetings with the client and go as deeply into it as they desire. Some hardly care, while others are keenly interested. When you dig into it, it is not for the faint of heart or the casual observer. It is part art, part science and is based upon years of experience, executing the steps of this process. It gives people a sense of confidence when they see you have a system in place with proven processes. Is it perfect, fast, easy & 100% guaranteed? No, nobody can realistically make that claim. If it were, we could create a software program, put it in a shrink-wrapped box, sell it for $99, and everyone would be tomorrow’s mega success story. It’s not that easy. Nor, should it be. High achievers are always willing to EARN their success.
   
             
    Q: Can I get some client references and samples of your work?

A: Our clients are wonderful and we encourage you to contact anyone you’d like. You can find testimonials here on the site. If you’d like samples, there is a nice slideshow with 100 samples on this site as well. And we are happy to send out product samples and sample contracts to those who qualify.
   
             
    Q: How much will it cost?

A: That’s a tough question, isn’t it? But, it’s a valid one. We have smaller clients who start with several thousand dollars and we build from there. We also have sizable clients who spend much more, simply because they see tremendous value in the return on their investment.
   
             
    Q: How do I get started?

A: It’s easy. The majority of people who contact to us are referred by our happy clients. However there is a very helpful questionnaire on our site. It takes about five minutes to do and it will benefit you. You can call us once you’ve completed it and we will be happy to set up a time to speak with you.
